My friend just shared this with me a couple days ago.
I’ve been sharing these for years and I love that she went a little further to show what they actually do in your body. I’ve seen it break down oatmeal in a little experiment….but this steak confirmed why I love these so much!!
Mind you.. I have every stomach issue out there including Crohn’s. I used to take prescription meds that didn’t do this good of a job breaking my food down. I will forever take these.
