Sponsored by , Portrait’s holiday party was a complete vibe, celebrating their friends in the hospitality community, the release their seasonal holiday coffee, and 3 years of business.

“Our name comes from a desire to change the picture that comes to mind when folks think of specialty coffee. Coffee, as a product, was first discovered by Africans. In discovering coffee, they had no clue this drink would become the most consumed beverage, other than water, globally. On the flip side, they also had no clue that their faces would be forgotten even though the pigment of the drink mirrored their own.” -Portrait Coffee

Growing up, every birthday, milestone and achievement was celebrated in my family. It wasn't until recently that I realized this had greatly shaped how I ⠀

I had the pleasure of shooting 's BBQ + Brew event, and it was incredible. Bearings work ranges from teaching kids and youth financial literacy, helping them learn a trade and working through character development. They've touched a lot of young lives over the years.
