Moving backward isn’t always a bad thing. With all the forward movements we do with our bodies, it’s important to engage the opposing muscles. Many clients are struggling with pain issues along the traps between the shoulder blade and spine. This simple movement helps activate rhomboids and traps that help to pull your shoulders back. In addition to stretching and massaging tight and overworked muscles, pain can be helped by strengthening muscles that are used to being turned “off”. They are often actually overstretched bc of our forward leaning posture. Bounce it BACK a few times a day and see how you feel 🤗

We have made it through Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday AND Giving Tuesday. It feels weird to have just a normal day today. So it’s not a regular day. It’s massage day 😝 Shopping is stressful, laying on a table is not. Need we say more?
