The Golden Fang Shows Its Teeth

Tian criminal syndicate, The Golden Fang, sends mercenary troops to Annex Bruin home island

Traditionally the Immortal Tian Empire has kept its focus on internal affairs and allowed the outside world to see to its own affairs without the guiding hand of our benevolent leadership. While the Light of Heaven has perhaps not been able to drive out all Shadows in His Illustrious Empire, the darkness grew after The Great Defiler reaped her terrible destruction those many decades ago.

A balanced normalcy became the status quo after this time of great upheaval. Since this years high summer, however, the Golden Fang have quickly spread their black claws in every direction, grabbing more and more from the officers of The Light of Heaven and, due to some magical empowerment, seem destined to continue to grow in power.

The balance has been shifted unnaturally.

The reach of the Tong has grown so rapidly, they have even seen fit to Annex foreign lands for themselves, claiming the Bruin states of Loughglinn and Dringah as the newest providences of the Empire under Governor General Phayne and Governor General First Class Bao, respectively.

While The Light of Heaven has yet to sign the ratification documents making these new providences permanent parts of the empire, it is only a matter of time before the bureaucrats finish their work and the official codification commences and the providences are given official new names, which they will ever been known by. Until then, the Golden Fang's mercenary forces are all the aid the Empire will send to the two newest Governor Generals.

Once the ratification is complete, however, and The Light of Heaven adds his seal thereto, the permanency of such a codification would require the protection of these two providences to be every bit as strong at it would be were any of the current home providences to be threatened; from without or from within.

The mighty armies of The Light of Heaven stand ever ready to defend the empire and its people from any threat, and will allow no reduction in our territory or any threat to the safety of our homeland people.
