I’ve witnessed so many people literally get stuck in the past. Reliving the same traumas. overtime it seems as though an automatic switch that craves trauma filled experiences plagues their lives. Today is a gift that each of us were blessed with what we experience is a choice, the words that come out of our mouths however powerful or limiting are a choice. We choose our however powerful or limited moving forward isn’t easy but neither is staying in the same place year after year mentally emotionally physically or financially. I choose powerful thoughts, I speak powerful words of affirmation I take intentional powerful action today.
