UGA Episcopal Center begins construction for housing, student center The Episcopal Center located at 980 South Lumpkin St. began demolition on March 15 with a plan to build student housing and a worship area in its place.

The beautiful new addition to Bay Creek Elementary is complete, and is now home to administrative offices and classrooms. As final touches take place on site, we are continuing the progress on the cafeteria and kitchen renovation as well as the next phase of classrooms. It’s going to be a busy summer here as we wrap up this project, and we look forward to sharing the end result!

Bay Creek Elementary may be on spring break this week, but Grahl Construction’s team is hard at work! The addition is now complete with landscaping underway and final touches taking place on site. We are entering the final phase of this project this summer. Stay tuned for a more detailed update coming later this week.
