I was able to bake this vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream for a sweet customer this week. We hope Granny had a great birthday and enjoyed her cake! 🎂

Thank you all for your suggestions for naming our new cookie! We received some really good ones and enjoyed reading them all. While looking at the names and after our taste test, we just felt like it needed something else. So after some discussion, we decided to try topping it with toasted graham cracker... and it was GOOD!

So, to recap: this is two of our Fudge Rounds cookies filled with marshmallow filling and topped with chocolate ganache buttercream and toasted graham cracker crumbs.

So now it's time for you to vote on what we're going to name this thing:
