Long Meditation this Sunday May 24; At Serenity Roots, 8950 Lavelle Rd, in the yoga studio building. From 10 to 11am, starting with 20 minutes quiet sitting meditation, (on chairs or floor cushions) then walking meditation (optional) followed by 20 minutes of sitting meditation. Come sit in community with others to calm our minds and fortify ourselves and each other. This is a non-denominational, non-religious quiet seated meditation with optional walking meditation.
