It's October.
This year I'm thinking ahead about how I can create a regulated nervous system and strong boundaries around the holidays.
I am not going to do everything.
I will do what feels good to me.
I am going to enjoy the holiday season.
It is not my job to make everyone happy and magical.
It is my job to take care of me.
I'm going to have a Ho Ho NO kind of a holiday.
