One of my students that has traveled the rough path these past 8 weeks and finding all sorts of new locations along her journey!! I cannot wait to see what the future holds for her and the rest of the Challengers that continue on with us.

It’s about staying consistent and striving to upgrade yourself.
There is no cheap quick fix.
It isn’t the one healthy meal or the couple of workouts...
it’s about sticking to the plan even when you don’t want to because you know it is worth it.
