Meet, Ahema! Maa Ahema Gaisie is a UGA Genetics Ph.D. student, hailing from the metro-ATL area. She’s also a lifelong storyteller, and doesn’t need Rabbit Box to talk your ear off with one. Outside of lab, she loves art, literature, and community engagement, serving as a member of the Executive Board of the Demosthenian Literary Society and the Graduate and Professional Scholars.
