Barrow Elementary School

We enjoyed reconnecting with our senior graduating Buddies and celebrating them big with all 430 students and 65 staff members lining the halls! We are proud of their accomplishments and wish them the best on their next journey. When asked about their favorite Barrow memories, many of them share—the Barrow Boogie, DASH, Polar Express, the playground, and their Jekyll field trip!

Our outdoor gardens and indoor hydroponic garden are flourishing thanks to the extra care provided by student leaders, and teachers, Marie Boyle, Sara Clarke, Lauren Green McElhannon, & Katherine Robertson Byrne! They’ve been harvesting kale, strawberries, basil and more, trying new recipes, and learning a lot in our new outdoor classroom! Thanks to UGA Project FOCUS student for their help as well! Live Between the Hedges concert parking is available in the Barrow Parking lot this Saturday starting at 3 PM for $40/space! Card only, no cash. Spaces will fill up on a first come, first serve basis.
