We are very much excited to welcome back into Well House this fall with a new 8-week Journey Through the Chakras series. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

1st session will be held Wednesday September 25th 6-7:30pm The series will end on Wednesday November 13th.

Embark on a transformative journey through the seven chakras, where each week focuses on one energy center to bring balance, healing, and self-awareness. This series combines traditional yoga postures, breathwork, and guided meditation to explore the subtle body and unlock deeper layers of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
