Back in 2018, I bought a drone, and not long after, some real estate agent friends started asking me to take aerial photos for their listings. That’s what opened the door for me into real estate photography.

Even with a background in Visual Communications, I’ll be honest — when I first started, I had no idea what I was doing. But over the years, I’ve worked hard to learn, improve, and truly understand the craft and science behind real estate photography. I got licensed, kept practicing, kept refining my techniques, and kept pushing myself to get better.

Now, years later, I’m blessed to have so many wonderful clients, and two years ago I was able to leave my job and do this full-time.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. To every client who trusted me, referred me, and stuck with me through the years — I truly appreciate you. You’ve helped make this journey possible, and I’m grateful for every bit of support.

Want better listing photos? Start with better timing.

The best time to photograph a home usually depends on which direction the front of the house faces.

Morning is usually best for east-facing homes.
Afternoon is usually best for west-facing homes.
Midday often works well for north-facing homes.
South-facing homes usually have the most flexibility.

Lighting matters more than most people think.
The right time of day can make a home look brighter, cleaner, and more inviting online.

If you ever want help figuring out the best time to schedule a shoot, send me the address and I can help guide it.
