Day 1 is underway in Pampa, TX! 🔥🔫

P2 Concepts kicked off our Fi****ms Instructor Course with a strong start—covering safety, fundamentals, and the mindset it takes to be an effective instructor. Students hit the ground running, focusing on building solid foundations and reinforcing the responsibilities that come with teaching others.

This past week, P2 Concepts has stayed busy conducting private training for two different departments.

While Lead Instructor Robbie Allmon is in Parmer County, TX running a Basic SWAT course, our newest instructor, Roy Torres, worked with deputies from the Dimmit County Sheriff’s Office, delivering Low Light Tactics and Principles of CQB training. These deputies put in the work, sharpening their capabilities in environments that demand a high level of discipline, awareness, and focus.

We also want to recognize Instructor Torres for his commitment to the P2C standard—building confidence and elevating proficiency in every officer he trains.
