In our beginner pizza-making class with Karen Lindsey Littlefield, we learned the foundations of homemade pizza night, including working with yeast, kneading dough, shaping crusts, making sauce, and baking the perfect pizza.

Meet the newest addition to The Thrasher-Nelson household: Prince Moonpie! He was abandoned, rescued off Prince Ave in front of our store with several fractures and a dislocated femur. We have rehabilitated him back to a health weight, and he’s a much happier little boy! 🥲
