Lazy Summer Farm

Had some help getting an acre of peach trees planted. We have added 3 varieties to the mix to try and spread out the freeze risk and our harvest season. If all goes to plan we will hopefully start to get peaches off this new acre in about 3 years!

I’ll be making my Thanksgiving pie this year out of some of these delicious Candy Roaster squash. These and other winter squash, pumpkins, and gourds for your Thanksgiving table will be at both and tomorrow. This will also be our last time at Athens Farmers Market for 2022 so be sure to stop by. We will also have pumpkins and decorative gourds at the Harvest Sale & Marketplace tomorrow as well.

These gourds are headed to for their Harvest Sale & Marketplace this Saturday, November 19th from 10am to 4pm. This is a great opportunity to visit the studio and get their beautiful pottery on sale alongside many other treasures!
