Don't miss AKTINA TV™ tomorrow, May 3rd at 6pm with Elena Maroulleti on Channel 25 in New York when we bring you our special coverage of the 2026 Greek Parade! Exceptional footage captured through the lens of our cameraman Tom Stouras. Marvel once again upon the Evzones, who captivated the crowds, spreading absolute pride and chills as they passed down Fifth Avenue with their remarkable stomping march and impressive traditional uniforms! Our report includes many highlights, exclusives with dignitaries, officials, Parade organizers and spectators. And as promised, we filmed plenty of Greek dogs! Thanks for bringing them to the march!

AKTINA TV™, a leading nonprofit and commercial-free Greek American TV show on the air since 2002, brings you closer to the cultures of Cyprus and Greece and to the Greek and Greek Cypriot American communities. Providing also news, information and top-tier entertainment for wide and diverse audiences in NYC. AKTINA TV is the first ever English-language Greek American TV show established in New York City and the only one available for free on a local station—WNYE-Ch. 25—carried also for free on all cable and satellite providers servicing the Tri-State area (including Optimum on Ch. 22 and Comcast on Ch. 1025).

Great job on the organization and the punctual start! One observation: although the marching order is a lottery, the current system left the majority of the floats waiting for hours while the first half was mostly walking groups and very few floats. Optimizing the distribution of floats throughout the drawing next year would likely enhance the visual flow for spectators and participants alike.
