Ally Bruser's show Relics of Loss + Hope opens today during ! Meet Ally from 5 - 8pm and give her a high five for creating such a beautiful and relevant body of work. Her husband Jackson will play his music project "Is this Relaxing" starting at 6pm. Find him on Bandcamp at Relax-WNPS.

Ally's latest work reflects on a world in transition. Through her signature handbuilt ceramic forms, she invites viewers to consider how loss and hope can coexist during times of profound change. "We are living through a time of crisis and transformation. The systems that may have served us at one time no longer do. We mourn the loss of the old world while we welcome in the new. How do we hold both feelings of loss and hope at the same time?" Bruser explores that question through modern forms and intentional negative space, creating a sense of absence as much as presence. Together, the works invite reflection on transformation, reminding us that hope is not found beyond loss, but shaped alongside it.

Up next! Our amazing sculptor friend, everyone's friend, the best hugger, D Nord, though he just goes by Nord.

Nord is a self-taught metal sculptor from Astoria, originally hailing from rural Minnesota. His work transforms found and fabricated metals into expressive sculptures, often incorporating materials in varying stages of degradation. Each piece has a distinct individual personality often formed by humor and wordplay rooted in everyday observations. Meet Nord and chat him up about his process this Saturday during Artwalk from 5 - 8pm.

Today is the last day to experience Graham Klag's exhibition, Olympica! The gallery is open from noon–5pm, and because we have a working studio onsite, you'll often find us here beyond gallery hours.

This exhibition has been much more than an artist sharing their work. Graham also shared his deep passion for ecology, education, and the interconnectedness of all things. His work invites us to consider how everything is connected—from apex predators to microscopic fungi—and how each organism plays a role in the health and balance of an ecosystem.

If you haven't seen the show yet, this is your final opportunity to spend time with a thoughtful and inspiring body of work that encourages us to look more closely at the natural world and our place within it.
