Early Happy Mother’s Day to all of you women who are kicking ass at being a mom! It’s rewarding, but it’s not easy….sometimes!

When is the last time you saw it posted from either the Mayor or the Town that we were having a meeting? I remember when every meeting was posted. Wonder what changed?!?

So the first snippet is from the Ethics website. It states there is probable cause to believe the Mayor was misusing his position for personal gain, which is not within his normal duties.
Now if you read the DEMAND from his personal attorney stating that we, the town, will pay for his legal fees or he’ll take further legal action, is the same kind of threat he used against me that got him into this situation. Not only that, but the statute mentioned is only for those acting within their duties and not outside of them. Intimidation and misuse of power are NOT Mayoral duties.
He is asking for $7500 reimbursement and to cover the rest of his legal fees to fight an ethics case he put himself in. Is that your responsibility to pay?

Tonight’s Agenda, with notes from the special meeting. It’s funny that it seems his goal was to become the actual CEO of Astatula all along. He claimed that early on in one of his rants during a meeting.
We don’t need 4 year terms for our mayor and council.

Anyone in Astatula who still has WCA trash bins, please call GFL and get them replaced. That’s part of other problem is we had a change in provider and nothing was communicated to the residents on how THEY operate.

Why are there items on the agenda that say Discussion/action and then some that say Discussion/approve? Why are there items on the agenda that have already been posted to the social media pages saying they’re happening that are now requiring discussion and action/approval? Since when is Dawn Teeters a staff member? Can’t be town staff if you’re married to someone who can benefit your position due to their position. I would assume being married to the Mayor qualifies.
Why is old business buried in the agenda instead of being handled first?
I could assume that the items that say discussion and approval are the roundabout way the Mayor is communicating to his people which way to vote. Not that it’s not already decided….but that’s just my opinion. Go to the meetings, speak and be heard. Stop letting our town be run by a narcissist who corrupts those around him through intimidation.

What does it take to get you to realize he runs on personal vendettas?!? Those of you who play into his games are just his pawns. You’re sacrificial! I wish you’d see that! It’s not just him….FYI
