We're Hiring! Ashtabula County Community Action Agency is currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Home Weatherization Program as Insulation Technicians. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to perform hands-on work that directly improves the health, safety, and energy efficiency of homes throughout Ashtabula, Lake and Geauga County. Insulation Technicians play a vital role in helping families lower energy costs while increasing comfort and sustainability in their homes.

We offer a starting wage of $18 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, health, vision and dental insurance coverage, life insurance, supplemental insurance, and paid training. Our team provides the support needed to build skills and succeed in this role. This is a stable, year-round position with the chance to grow within a mission-driven organization that values teamwork, safety, and service to the community.
