Heat-related illnesses can develop quickly, especially during long periods outdoors.

Know the warning signs:
🌡️ Heat Exhaustion
• Heavy sweating
• Dizziness
• Weakness
• Nausea
• Cool, clammy skin

🚨 Heat Stroke (Medical Emergency)
• High body temperature
• Confusion
• Hot, dry skin
• Loss of consciousness

If someone shows signs of heat stroke, call 911 immediately and begin cooling them while waiting for emergency responders.
