July 13th, 2016 Smolen Golf Covered Bridge, State Road Ashtabula, Ohio. This is still one of my all-time favorite shots.
I captured this shot titled "Perfect timing" just before the storm came in like a lion. This was the only visible lightning strike before the sideways rain came in. I named it perfect timing because of the car in the bridge rather than the lightning. I love how the light leaks out of the side of the bridge and illuminates the inside. It had inspired me to do some other similarly lit Covered Bridge shots, like the Milkyway in the background and few North Star star stacks.

I love Autumn, the cooler temperatures, the colors, sometimes that early snowfall. The beautiful Smolen-Golf Covered Bridge.
