Be there at 8am to get a quick warm-up in before wrestling starts at 9am.

Due to scheduling conflicts there will be no practice this week on Tuesday or Thursday. It is looking like the next practice will be the Thursday before we head to Madison for there Summer Duals. Madison Summer Duals will conclude our competitions for this off-season and there will be no practices the following weeks. The schedule for July is still TBD at the moment but there is a possibility of an open mat once a week. We encourage those looking for more work to find places to train elsewhere! Other than that we just want to thank everyone so far who has helped make this a success! Hope everyone has a great Summer!

Practice this week will be from 5:45 - 7:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday (Folkstyle). This will continue to be the practice schedule for the month of June. Rootstown Duals and Madison Duals will be the last competitions we go to until the end of Summer when we start back in September.
