I apologize to everyone for not being able to perform today. Between being sick for two days, and a double ear infection, I still tried to gut it out. I arrived with a bloody nose that didn’t stop for two and a half hours so I called it.

I had Fun today at EMBRACE NUTRITION! We had a back-to-school bash! Its crazy to think summer break is over. Thankyou everyone who stopped out!!! If your kiddo got a picture today by me feel free to share your favorite below!!!
