Behind every smooth-running independent shop, there’s usually someone working incredibly hard behind the scenes. For me, that’s my wife, Heather.

Not only does she manage all our books and taxes, but she’s also full-time managing our three young kids. This week, we suddenly found ourselves short-handed in the shop, and without a second thought, Heather stepped right up to help me run the front desk for half the day so I can stay under the hood.

I truly couldn’t do this without her dedication. If you see her at the desk or talk to her on the phone this week, give her a huge shout-out!

🤯 wow: Know your numbers!I finally sat down to crunch the numbers on parts & Labor and was shocked. I’m making about 12% on parts, while the industry standard is closer to 40-50%.
😳So I’ve decided to NOT CHANGE A THING,

I know times are tough now & money is not my main objective, getting the car fixed for a FAIR price is my game 👊🏻

If you own a vehicle 2017 or newer you may not realize your vehicle has the new 1234yf AC refrigerant in it,& it’s expensive 😳💰but don’t worry, we got you at Jon’s Auto repair, call the dealer & ask how much they charge for there AC recharge on your new car & I  guarantee I can undercut it by up to 30%😉
