I don’t mean to laugh at my pain but man if you don’t learn to let things go, those same things will drag you to places you never wished to be. (they can also propel you to places you wanna go but once you get there you got nothing left in the tank 😮‍💨) Anger and sadness are important emotions that deserve to be honored and felt!
