I have been going to AID for 7 weeks and can see improvement. I have bursitis and arthritis in my hip. I go twice a week and was given exercises to do at home and can definitely see the improvement of my mobility. Charles is my main therapist and he is always so positive . I have seen Andrew several times and he also is positive. Both gentleman take such an interest in my therapy. Everyone is so friendly and always tending to my needs. It isn’t just me, I have seen them with other patients and clearly they take an interest in in getting everyone better. PT is not a walk in the park and sometimes the treatment is painful but everyone helps to make the experience a little easier.

My Ortho doc prescribed PT for a torn rotator cuff and, after only 3 sessions there is no pain. Part of this, of course, is time but what I’m impressed about with AID is that my PT doc determined the underlying cause (in my particular case) and we’re working on that to prevent further injuries. Other PT places I’ve had fixed the initial problem and said goodbye so AID will be my forever PT practice if/when I need them in the future. Everyone there is a consummate professional and is so personable and warm they make it, dare I say, a fun place to go. Plus, my guy Charles explains what/why he has me doing specific exercises and, very patiently, answers all my dumb questions. I recommend that you pick AID for all your PT needs.

From Loudoun County high school athlete to NFL playoff star.

I first met cokerjalen when he was a dual-sport athlete at pfannouncements here in Loudoun County.

I treated him while he was playing basketball and followed his journey as he went on to have a standout football career at hcrossfb

When he was preparing for the nfl draft Jalen suffered a hamstring injury after his pro combine. Because of the relationship we built years earlier, he trusted our clinic and our team to help him get back on the field and ready for a tryout with the Carolina Panthers

He made the team.

Then during minicamp he pulled his other hamstring.

Back to work.

Jalen did what great athletes do — he showed up, trusted the process, and put in the work.

Fast forward two years and he has become a significant contributor for the Panthers, finishing this season with an incredible performance in his first NFL playoff game: 9 receptions, 134 yards, and a touchdown.

The inscription on this jersey meant a lot to me. Jalen took the time to thank me, our staff, and his personal trainer trainergully, who helped support him along the way. Moments like that remind me why we do what we do.

Watching athletes pursue their dreams never gets old.

From making varsity…
to earning a college scholarship…
to reaching the NFL.

It's a privilege for our team to play even a small role in those journeys.

Thank you Jalen for the jersey and the kind words. We’re incredibly proud of you and excited to keep cheering you on.

I started physical therapy two months ago following my meniscectomy, and the team has been incredible. Noah my PT was amazing throughout my recovery — knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in my progress. Lucas and Genevieve were equally supportive and attentive.Natasha at the front desk was equally impressive. Although I already had an appointment scheduled, she proactively placed me on the waiting list and contacted me when a more convenient time opened up. That level of attention made a real difference.Highly recommend this entire team.
