The money the assets produce will buy the things you want

Question you maybe asking is WHY? It reduces the amount of money you pay in taxes because you can now write it off as a business expense.

Now by listening and reading this, what happens is now it increases your net-worth and allows you to make more money and allows you to invest into assets that depreciate over time.

Another goal is to park your money somewhere (not the bank) where it will increase over time.

Increase in value over time
