Congrats to my 91 year old seller who just closed on her home sale!
HERE'S THE BACKSTORY: They interviewed multiple agents. I told them my comps/research led me to believe we could get $880-900k for their home. Another realtor they interviewed said $860k and another said $875k. I based my research on being a LOCAL AREA EXPERT of Ashburn. I know this market.
