Join us at Design dei Capelli ❤️ for a Breathwork class with faciltator and owner, Mallory, who will lead you through a journey of relaxation, recovery, and self-reflection as you build an intimate connection to your source.

In her sessions, she'll ❤️ take you on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual exploration, beginning with mindful breathing exercises before transitioning into guided breathwork.

Mallory ❤️ will provide you with her unique perspective on how to use breathwork to heal, let go and bring your dreams into reality.

To conclude each class, Mallory allows the opportunity for you to voice your thoughts and queries while receiving personalized advice.
