🌟 Employee of the Month Announcement – Denton Hanson 🌟
We are proud to recognize Denton Hanson as our Employee of the Month!
Denton consistently goes above and beyond his regular responsibilities, and a recent example truly highlights his commitment to teamwork and operational excellence. When weather conditions shifted the Boulder crews to OPS, Denton proactively saw an opportunity to ensure everyone was aligned and confident with Boulder-specific equipment.
Rather than letting that time go unused, Denton organized and delivered hands-on training for team members who were unfamiliar with the equipment. He even volunteered to stay after his scheduled shift to provide the same training for the incoming night crew—ensuring continuity across shifts and minimizing knowledge gaps. On top of that, Denton committed to documenting the training so it can be replicated for other crews, helping set the entire team up for success.
This level of initiative, collaboration, and dedication exemplifies the standards we strive for every day. Denton’s willingness to step up, support his coworkers, and think proactively about long-term solutions makes a meaningful impact on our operations and team culture.

Congratulations to Larry Deliganis – 2025 Employee of the Year!
