Can we talk about what moms actually need for Mother's Day?

Not brunch. Not a card. Not another candle.

Outside. Quiet. Twenty minutes where nobody needs anything from you.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but going outside alone — even briefly, even just to the end of the street and back — is a legitimate form of self-care. The research backs it up. More importantly, your nervous system already knows it.

The hardest part so many of us have? Giving yourself permission. (🙋‍♀️anyone else?)
