What a ride it’s been, Arvada! We did it! I’m honored to be your next At-Large City Council representative.

I’m still in awe of the overwhelming support we received last night. From the very beginning, this campaign has been about listening to residents, finding common ground, and building trust — and together, we made that vision real.

Thank you to everyone who voted, volunteered, waved signs, knocked doors, or simply encouraged a friend to turn in their ballot. No matter who you supported, your participation made this election a success for our community.

Shortly after the results came in, I received a gracious call from Denise Vargas congratulating me on the win, and I’m proud of the camaraderie and civility that defined this campaign. That’s the Arvada Way we all love.

Congratulations as well to Randy Moorman and Rebecka Lovisone on their victories in Districts 1 and 3. I look forward to working alongside you and our current council members to continue moving Arvada forward.

Finally, a heartfelt thank-you to outgoing council members John Marriott and Brad Rupert for their years of service and thoughtful leadership.

This campaign was truly rooted in community. Because of you, I now have the privilege of serving as your representative. Let’s get to work, Arvada! 🌳💪

In all seriousness, I rushed home from a busy day at the office to enjoy the evening with my kids. I hope our Arvada families had a safe night making memories (and maybe sneaking a little candy) with the kiddos! 🍬👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
