With our recent expansion, we are thrilled to launch our very first Distiller-Led Tours at Hinterhaus! This is your exclusive chance to meet our father/son makers, learn about our craft, and see exactly how we make our award-winning spirits.

Tours include a distiller-led tasting, Q&A, a take-home Hinterhaus Glencairn whiskey glass, and 10% off your after-tour bottle & merchandise purchases!

Our vodka is a reflection of our California landscape. Winner of the Best of Category Vodka (American Distilling Institute), we upcycle northern California red wine otherwise destined for the drain by distilling it into our luscious character-forward vodka.
