They’ve arrived!
This evening, 81 New Lucky Dogs and Cats made it safely to the DC area, ready to begin the next chapter of their journey to finding their forever home.

Every safe arrival is possible because of our incredible volunteers, fosters, shelter partners, transport team, and supporters who work together to give these pets a second chance.
Come meet all the newly arrived lucky dogs and cats, and so many more this Sunday 7/12 at PetSmart Rockville, 5154 Nicholson Ln from 12-3PM.

Help make adoption day possible for dogs waiting to meet their future families!
We're looking for 15 volunteer handlers and 10 drivers to support our adoption event this Sunday, 7/12, from 12:00–3:00 PM at 5154 Nicholson Ln., Kensington.
Whether you're walking dogs, helping them meet potential adopters, or providing transportation, your time can make a life-changing difference.

They started lining up before sunrise.
Desperate to get their dogs and cats vaccinated. Unable to afford services at private veterinary clinics.
Without the 29 volunteers from Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and Muddy Paws Rescue NYC joining forces with Love4Satos Animal Rescue and the Gobierno Municipal de Arroyo - Municipio, Puerto Rico, these pets would have remained at risk, vulnerable to deadly but preventable diseases.
More than 1,000 vaccines were administered, each one a major step toward a safer, healthier community.
