Fifteen years ago, CFNOVA released its first data-driven report on the challenges and opportunities facing the region’s youth. Today, those children are young adults navigating a rapidly changing world—shaped by economic shifts, workforce demands, and new concerns around health and safety.

Our 2025 report revisits the data to uncover how Northern Virginia’s youth have grown and what their experiences reveal about the future of our communities. From education and economic mobility to persistent disparities and areas of progress, this report provides key insights that demand our collective attention.

Check out the logo we designed pro bono for the Animal Welfare League of Arlington's Animal Allies Club! Chief Creative, Stephanie, has been a volunteer at the shelter with her son for over a year, providing enrichment for the cats and helping with adoptions. Polished is proud to have the opportunity to assist the community by creating this logo which will soon adorn t-shirts for club members and staff.
