✈️🇺🇸 A new chapter begins — I officially joined the United States Air Force!

I’m excited for the opportunities that come with serving: to grow, to learn, to travel, and to challenge myself in ways I’ve never experienced before. This journey is about more than just wearing the uniform — it’s about becoming the best version of myself and giving back through service.

Grateful for the support that’s brought me here, and ready for what’s ahead. 💪🏾✨

After nearly two decades on the track, it’s time to say goodbye to the sport that has been a part of me since I was seven years old. 🏃🏽‍♀️💫

From the moment I stepped on the track, I knew this sport would shape me—but I could never have imagined just how much it would give me in return. Track and field has been so much more than a sport—it’s been my passion, my purpose, and my teacher. It’s taken me to corners of the world I never imagined I’d see and has given me the honor of wearing my country’s colors on the Olympic stage.

But beyond the medals and milestones, it’s the people I’ve met—the coaches, teammates, competitors, and supporters—who have made this journey unforgettable. This sport has allowed me to chase greatness alongside the best athletes on the planet, and introduced me to some of the most inspiring, resilient, and genuine people I’ve ever known. Many of them have become family—lifelong friends bonded by sweat, sacrifice, and shared dreams.

I’m incredibly grateful for every race, every setback, every triumph. For my coaches who believed in me at my best and at my most broken—and kept me moving forward, my teammates who pushed me both mentally and physically—especially on the days I needed it most, my family and friends that have shown unwavering support, my therapists and medical staff who kept my body healthy and able to compete at the highest level, my sponsors and agents who have given me the opportunities to chase my dreams, and the younger athletes who looked up to me—thank you. To have lived out the dream I had as a little girl—to showcase my talents the world’s biggest stages and give everything to something I love—has been the privilege of a lifetime.

Though I’m hanging up my spikes, the lessons, memories, and relationships will stay with me forever. The track may no longer be my destination, but it will always be my foundation.
