Apple sugar is one of the best, and least widely known, of the all the fabulous products you can make from your apples. It's so simple too! Roughly chop ripe apples into medium sized peices, dehydrate until crispy, and grind into powder! It's that easy! Try it in your morning hot cereal (but probably not in your morning coffee).
