Hawaiian Tropic suntan lotion reminds me of my first years in track and field in the mid 1970s. A couple years ago I bought some just for the smell. It reminds me of being young and active.

During the CrossFit games yesterday the final workout for the day was a 3 mile loop trail run, with a twist. When they crossed the "finish" they learned the twist was to turn around and run back around the 3 mile loop. How would you react to that twist?

I started this FB page to encourage others in their health and fitness. Godly Encouraging Training. But I've been inconsistent with connecting with you.
In 2019 I did not reach my mileage goal for the year. As December 31st approached I was close to my goal. But due to "stuff" this year, I gave myself permission to fail.
I didn't REALLY fail though. I completed 592.4 miles! I found $5.19! I finished in the top 11% of 250k+ people who started the same goal. I organized some FUN group walks with great friends... including a Jingle Bell Walk to view Christmas light. And I learned that I need monthly goal to stay consistent and on track for my 2020 goal.
