This was me at 17. A drug dealer and gang member, angry at life, not giving a fu*K about anything or anyone except the next high.

I finally had a massive shift when my best friend went to prison. Watching him go through that woke me up and if I did not change I was either going to be dead or right there with him.

So I found a spiritual path and started going to church. Serving in youth group and really feeling a softness in my heart that I have never experienced.

As I became a man, I found that that same 17 year old boy was still there. He was showing back up and caused me to go back to the same habits, anger and self destruction. This caused my life to spiral out of control and I was destroying my body, relationships and future.

It wasn't until I found men's work that I could finally get down to the root of what needed to be healed. Being fully seen and witnessed by conscious men opened me up to a new way of being.

Now I build bridges for men to do their own work to fully integrate all the parts of themselves, to be seen, to move not only from a space of spiritual connection, but also from an embodied place of powerful masculine presence.

This is my life's work now and I am so grateful I get to do this!!!
