We are a Team Leader to join our Public Finance Facility (NPFF), a flagship FCDO-funded programme supporting the Federal Government of Nigeria to design and implement public financial management reforms.

This is a senior position for a strategic leader who will provide technical direction and oversight across the programme, ensuring coherence, quality and strong delivery across all workstreams.

The Team Leader will play a central role in prioritising and delivering technical assistance, maintaining strong relationships with FCDO and government counterparts, and ensuring the programme remains responsive to political, institutional and contextual developments.
