Meet Yanick Sab Prs! Yanick has been shooting for team Benchmark for a few years and has just returned from the IPRF World Championships representing Canada.

Where are you from?
Quebec, Canada

What discipline do you shoot?
Precision Rifle

How long have you been shooting?
Precision rifle since 2019

What got you into shooting?
I've been competing in air rifle target shooting when I was younger, and after my studies I tried to find a new way to get into similar precision challenge. Wich after some time got me hook into the precision rifle world.

Do you shoot anything else beyond your discipline?
I do hunting, and like shooting about anything (bow, pistol, semi-auto, etc.)

What’s something interesting about you?
There is not much special about me I would say. I love our shooting community as we all help each other.

When you’re not shooting what do you like to do?
I like to smoke and BBQ all different kind of games from our hunting trip. Either that, or spending time with my family.

Yanick's tip for new shooters
Listening to more experienced shooters is worth the time. There are plenty of good shooters who like to share their experience and knowledge, even when you get better, there is still new stuff to learn from them.
