The night turned out to be a cooler tonight. Went out star gazing.

Limited inspection to garage because of personal property. The bad thing is that if we had tripped a exterior GFCI the rest is in the garage and would have been very hard to reset.

I guess I let my helper/trainee go home to early today. Got a last minute sewer scope. As you can see the concrete pipe is separated at about 60ft from entry (after zero counter at the bottom).

The roof always looks good from the ground. But when you walk the roof and see what can’t be seen from the ground. Alway get an inspection that is willing to walk the roof (no rain, roof can support weight and any safety concerns) an see what you can’t see just like roof.

Brand new water heater installation by a handyman and not a licensed plumber. They used the old vent piping to with a slinky instead of a solid elbow and no pipe
For TPR valve. Thats why we always recommend a licensed contractor for all work with re-inspection
