Friendly reminder: please do NOT put towels on top of spray bottles when you are done with them. Bottles end up falling over and breaking. Instead, put them next to the bottles or use a wipe!

This Saturday is our HOLIDAY TEAM WOD. The 9:30 am class will he the annual gift exchange white elephant. Minimum $10. Have fun and be creative.

This Saturday we will be hosting a tribute workout in memory of our dear friend, brother and son Jack Cadre. Jack passed suddenly this past spring leaving a hole in many hearts. This weekend would mark his 21st birthday.
