Update: New Expedited Credential Process We are pleased to announce a new streamlined system for credential replacement.

The Benefit: Residents will now receive replacement credentials via mail within 7 business days.

The Requirement: To maintain high security standards, all applicants replacing lost, stolen, or mutilated documents must present an original/state-certified birth certificate or a valid passport. Photocopies cannot be accepted under the new system.
