Meet Pepper, the scooter riding parrot | I R BLOGGER A Student from University of Florida, Electrical and Computer Engineering has made an electronic scooter for his pet parrot. Pepper is a grey coloured parrot who loves to ride his scooter. The vehicle made for Pepper by his owner is being called “BirdBuggy” by him.
