Rainbow is one of 8 adorable puppies who were surrendered to a shelter along with their sweet mama, Sage. Thankfully, Humane Tomorrow stepped in and rescued the family when the puppies were only about a week old, giving them the chance to grow up safe, loved, and well cared for.

Mama Sage is a beautiful Shepherd/Husky mix, and while we know who Mom is, Dad remains a mystery. As we like to say, Papa was a rollin' stone, just passing through town! Whatever his breed may have been, he certainly helped create one cute puppy.

Rainbow is a happy, playful little girl with a curious spirit and a heart full of love. She enjoys exploring her surroundings, playing with her siblings, and soaking up attention from her people. Like all puppies, she is learning about the world around her and will need a family committed to helping her grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog.

☀️Say hello to Betty, today’s feature! She’s hoping this summer brings her the forever family she’s been waiting for. To help her find her match, her adoption fee is half off throughout the month of June.

🐾Betty is a 2.5-year-old, 40 lb Red Heeler mix with a wonderful mix of playful energy and soft, snuggly sweetness. She absolutely adores her people, so expect a warm, enthusiastic greeting when you walk through the door. She gets along with most dogs, though her spirited playstyle may be a bit much for small, senior, or very mellow pups. She’d also be perfectly happy as an only dog, as long as she gets plenty of exercise and attention.

🦴She’s potty trained, sleeps soundly through the night on a cozy bed near her humans, and does well with kids ages 6 and up.

🐶Betty loves wrestling and chasing her foster sister, and her zoomies are guaranteed to brighten your day. She also knows how to settle in and relax, making her a great companion for both active outings and quiet evenings. Walks, treats, belly rubs—if it involves being close to her people, she’s all in.
