This Friday, we take a hardhat off to Renee Landers, the United Lightning Protection Association, and the ULPA Apprenticeship Program Renee cofounded.

Summer just feels like the perfect time.

With young and once young people everywhere seeking internships, apprenticeships provide the same mentorship and an exceedingly direct path to professional employment.

One thing we know for sure, AI doesn’t install, inspect, service, or maintain lightning protection systems. And AI doesn’t think to grow the next generation of professionals or advance 𝘰𝘶𝘳 industry.
