Allie Gash is leading Ardmore Young Professionals with a passion for community, connection, and growth. As a local entrepreneur and the owner of multiple businesses, she brings real-world experience in marketing, branding, and building something from the ground up.

Her heart is in helping others succeed, whether that’s supporting local businesses or creating spaces that bring people together.

With years of leadership experience and a heart for serving others, Summer brings both strategy and passion to everything she does. From leading in her career to showing up for our community, she’s the kind of person who makes things better wherever she goes.

When she’s not balancing numbers and helping move AYP forward, you can find her spending time with her family, which she’ll tell you is her greatest joy.

Meet Alex 👋

Originally from the shores of Lake Michigan, Alex made his way to Ardmore in 2022 and has been making an impact ever since. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and a role as Quality Engineer and Supervisor at the EJ Ardmore Foundry, he brings both brains and leadership to the table.

As our Sports Chair and Member at Large, Alex helps keep things moving and makes sure there’s always something fun to be a part of!
